Protocol Fee

The Protocol Fee is applied on the part of the income coming from debt interest. If x% is the Protocol Fee then x% of all income can be redeemed by the Abax DAO, and the remaining (100-x)% is distributed to the liquidity providers. The Protocol Fee should be small so the Abax lending market is competitive on the market.
